Temu Missing Parcel After Unsafe Evri Delivery – Refund Request

I ordered an electronic sprayer from Temu on 20 June 2026 to my home address in a block of 84 flats. The tracking for parcel H01RSA0015147820 shows that it was delivered on 20 June 2026, but in reality it was only left downstairs in a public hallway by Evri and was never delivered to my full address or handed to me. Leaving parcels in a public or communal hallway is not a safe or secure place for delivery and is not compliant with UK consumer rights and delivery obligations. Because of this inappropriate delivery, my parcel has gone missing. The seller is claiming they have proof of delivery, but the item was never properly delivered to me at my address. I am requesting that Temu refund the full amount of this order back to my Temu credit, as I have not received my electronic sprayer and the delivery was not carried out in a safe or appropriate way by their chosen courier, Evri.
