Europcar Definitely Not Customer Friendly, Valid ID Denied

The counter clerks at the Yenibosna Airport location were quite rude and unprofessional when I went to pick up my rental car. Their behavior was rude, and they offered no help or comfort during our struggle. I called ahead to reserve a car, showed there with my driver's license in hand, and was still turned down at the counter. This unexpected change in plans has left me stuck and annoyed. Europcar astonishingly invalidated my recognized driver's license despite the fact that I submitted my T.C. Identity number, the genuine identification recognized by the Republic of Turkey. Given the veracity of my identification, this decision was extremely aggravating and puzzling. The fact that my credit card refund still hasn't gone through further adds to my annoyance. I am quite dissatisfied with Europcar's lack of professionalism and careless attitude toward its customers. To think a business would treat its clients this way is upsetting. they are not the kind of professional, customer-focused business they claim to be is made abundantly obvious by this experience. Because of what they did,  me and my 6-year-old kid were left in a hassle...
