I Report Possible Identity Theft After Sharing ID on Fraudulent Etsy Sales Website

On July 13, 2025, I was redirected to a website called [etsy sales] to register for e-commerce purposes. During the registration process, I was asked to provide my personal ID information (front and back photos of my ID card) and my phone number. At the time, I did not suspect anything unusual; however, later that day, I discovered that this website had been reported by other users and was not trustworthy.

I am therefore filing this notice to formally report a potential data breach and to protect myself from any legal liability that may arise if my personal information has been misused by third parties.

If any mobile line, company, bank account, credit application, subscription, or similar transaction is carried out under my name, I declare that such actions were not initiated by me and that I hold no responsibility for them.

I hereby state that I reserve all my legal rights in the event of any unauthorized use of my personal information, and I request that this notification be officially recorded.

I kindly ask that the necessary measures be taken and that I be informed about the next steps regarding this matter.
