Etsy Took Most Of My Balance Money And Not Giving It Back
I received a provincial order from Etsy and I had to verify my card in order to receive the fee. They said we need a card with 5000 Turkish sirkdis and it will be refunded to your account immediately. I agreed. They withdrew the money. This time the system was fixed, they said to top up 5000 TL, but they took my 10 thousand TL and did not refund it because it was a system error. Order details are not visible. The customer expects the product from me. What kind of irresponsibility and fraud is this? I can't get a refund!!!!
