Etsy Registration Fee Not Refunded After Account Suspension

Hello, as a family business, we decided to open a store on the Etsy international sales platform to sell the honey we produce abroad. After completing the technical application process on March 1, 2024, and paying the registration fee of ₺470 with my credit card, I learned that many stores in Turkey were already selling the product I wanted to sell. Shortly after, I received a message from Etsy stating that my store was suspended, and I was asked to scan the sent QR code to verify my information. On the site directed by the QR code, my credit card information was requested again. Since I use a virtual card for online transactions, I entered the information. An attempt was made to withdraw USD250 from my card, but it failed due to the lack of a limit. The next day, I asked Etsy why my account was suspended and received a message stating that experts had reviewed it, my store would not be reopened, and no explanation would be provided. I contacted Etsy's international and Turkish liaison offices, informing them that my store was closed on the day it was opened, my product was listed on the site for only a few hours, and I had not made any sales, and asked if my fee could be refunded. A month has passed, and there has been no response. I paid ₺470 for nothing. My store is currently closed. I have given up on the refund, as no information has been provided about what happened. Beyond finding this approach highly unprofessional, I am sharing my complaint so that those considering opening a store can benefit from my negative experience. Regards.
