Baggage Tampering And Missing Item

I travelled with Etihad Airways from Ahmedabad to Frankfurt on 15.08.26 under PNR 8J3CN2. When I collected my checked baggage at Frankfurt airport and reached home, I discovered that the padlock on my baggage had been completely removed and was missing. After opening the suitcase, I realised that my new, unused women’s office bag, worth approximately 1,700 rupees, was also missing from inside the luggage. I had locked my baggage before departure, so finding the lock removed and the bag missing clearly indicates that the baggage was tampered with during handling. I have not yet been able to file a report at the airport; therefore, I am contacting you through this complaint. I request compensation of around 1,700 rupees for the stolen office bag and an investigation into how my luggage was opened and my belongings went missing during transit. I kindly ask Etihad Airways to respond to this matter promptly and provide the requested compensation.
