Ethiopian Airlines Lost My Luggage After Layover in Addis Ababa – No Support for Delivery

Ethiopian Airlines is a terrible airline. Our connecting flight was through Addis Ababa, and when we arrived in Istanbul, our luggage didn’t arrive. There were three of us, and while our friend got their luggage, we didn’t. We filled out a lost baggage form, but they don’t even offer home delivery if the luggage arrives—we’ll have to drive hours back to the airport to pick it up. I don’t understand how my luggage didn’t arrive when I handed it over at the same time as my friend. It’s truly awful service. They told me there’s another flight to Istanbul at 9 PM tonight, and I’m anxiously waiting to see if they’ll send my luggage.
