We opened a support case (ARSNYQTPQ7MAP3N84F3W) yesterday and provided screenshots showing a '.ru' email associated with the hack. Everything he’s bought since 2021 is gone from his account. This is a clear security vulnerability, and the account recovery process needs to be faster. My son is only 11 years old and has been in tears since yesterday while I can only tell him to wait.
