My Epic Games Account Hacked Twice Despite Two-Factor Authentication

My son's Fortnite account, protected with two-factor authentication, has been hacked for the second time in just five months. We opened a support case (ARSNYQTPQ7MAP3N84F3W) yesterday and provided screenshots showing a '.ru' email associated with the hack. Everything he’s bought since 2021 is gone from his account. This is a clear security vulnerability, and the account recovery process needs to be faster. My son is only 11 years old and has been in tears since yesterday while I can only tell him to wait. Epic Games, please implement stronger security measures. Does someone need to hack his email to bypass two-factor authentication? This is exactly what happened to him in April. We need an urgent solution.
