My Fortnite Account Hacked Again Despite Two-Factor Authentication

My son's Fortnite account, protected by two-factor authentication, was hacked for the second time in just 5 months. We opened a support case (Arsnyqtpq7map3n84f3w) yesterday and provided screenshots showing a suspicious '.ru' email. Everything he’s bought and used since 2021 has been wiped from his account.

This security breach is devastating, especially since I’m telling my 11-year-old son, who has been crying since yesterday, to "wait, it will be fixed." Epic Games, this needs to be resolved quickly, and stronger security measures must be implemented. Does the hacker have to break into his email, too, for two-factor authentication to be effective? This is identical to the issue in April. Please resolve this immediately!
