GTA 5 Purchased on Rockstar – Game Removed but Refund Not Issued for 2 Months

I purchased GTA 5 directly through Rockstar Games, but I encountered a technical issue with my account. I contacted Rockstar Support, and they agreed to process a refund. Immediately after, the game was removed from my library, yet two months have passed, and I still haven’t received my money back.

I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but I keep getting generic and irrelevant responses. Every time I inquire, I am redirected to different departments without any resolution. This is completely unacceptable.

Rockstar removed the game instantly but has been delaying my refund for months. I demand my money back immediately and expect a proper resolution, not automated or vague replies!
