Enuygun Withholds $273 Refund for Car Rental That Was Never Delivered

On August 2, 2026, I made a car rental reservation through Enuygun for August 8, 2026, and a payment of $787 was charged to my credit card. Despite this, the vehicle was never delivered to me, and I was unable to use the service at all.
When I contacted Enuygun customer service regarding the issue following the payment, they informed me that they could only refund 80% of the payment and would not refund the remaining 20%. Despite the vehicle never being provided, withholding this portion of $273 from me is both unfair and causes significant hardship.
I demand that Enuygun issue a full, unadjusted refund of the entire $787 I paid for this car rental reservation under code ¥%££CB9FEE.
