Enuygun and Rent Go Refuse Refund After Denying Rental Car Delivery

On August 23, 2026, I made a car rental reservation under code AD2C7C via Enuygun.com from the rental company Rent Go for the period covering August 23, 2026, 10:00 AM to August 24, 2026, 10:00 AM, and paid the fee in advance. On August 23, 2026, I arrived at the Rent Go office on time to pick up the vehicle, but the car was not delivered to me citing my Findeks credit score. I did not cancel the reservation, nor did I forfeit taking the vehicle; the company simply refused to hand over the car.

Rent Go representatives stated that the refund would be processed through Enuygun.com. However, during my phone call with Enuygun customer service on the same day, I was told that no refund could be issued on the grounds that the reservation was canceled. While both Rent Go and Enuygun point fingers at each other, I am the victim who paid the fee and received no service.

Through no choice of my own, I was unable to utilize the service because the company failed to hand over the vehicle. I do not accept withholding the payment made for a car rental service that I never used and that was not actually provided to me. The internal procedures or division of responsibility between Enuygun and Rent Go are of no concern to me as a consumer; I simply want to receive the service I paid for, or get my money back if I cannot.

I demand a full refund of the fee paid for this unused reservation and the immediate resolution of my grievance. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will exercise all my legal rights, including filing an application with the Consumer Arbitration Board.

I expect a clear, definitive, and solution-oriented response from Enuygun and Rent Go, along with a full refund of my payment.
