Enterprise Dubai Fails to Refund $728 Security Deposit via Turkish Holidays

During our trip to Dubai on January 17, booked through Turkish Holidays, we rented a vehicle from Enterprise. A deposit fee of $728 was collected from us during the car rental. After returning the vehicle without any issues, company officials stated that the deposit amount would be refunded to us within approximately three weeks.

However, despite the considerable time that has passed, the deposit has still not been refunded to us, and no information has been provided regarding the matter during this period. This situation is causing significant hardship, as the promised timeframe has long passed without any follow-up response.

I demand that our deposit be refunded as soon as possible and that we be informed in writing about the process. To expedite the procedure, I would like to note that our Turkish Airlines Holidays voucher number is 1350218.
