Enpara ATM Withheld My Deposit and I Still Haven’t Received Any Response
On the night of January 6, I was putting a big amount of cash into an Enpara ATM, and the machine kept some of my money. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service and keeping track of everything, but I still can’t reach anyone or get any updates. I even made extra records to push the issue up to someone who can help, but it’s been three days, and there’s still no fix. Not getting enough communication and attention has really made me feel disappointed. Once my money is in, I'm going to take out all my funds and shut down my account with this bank. I thought I would get good service, but this has been disappointing.
