Eneba.com Transaction Failed on Screen but $50 Was Still Charged

Hello, yesterday I tried several times to create a card for a $50 transaction. It appeared to me that the process did not complete successfully, but I later noticed that $50 was still charged from my account.

I would like to know how I can obtain the password or access details for this transaction and how the ticket or product charged to my credit card can be used. No information or confirmation email was sent to my email address.

I believed the transaction was incomplete, yet the money was withdrawn from my account. I am requesting clear information about what this payment is for and how I can access or use what I paid for.
