Eneba Needs to Refund My Steam Gift Card Order After Delivery Failure

I purchased a Steam gift card from Eneba on 21 May 2026, but I accidentally entered the wrong email address for the delivery of the key. As a result, I never received the code. I realised my mistake shortly after and have been trying to contact Eneba for almost a month now, but I have not been able to get any response. I opened a support ticket through Eneba’s system, but I cannot access the confirmation or any reference number because it was sent to the incorrect email address. My name is Craig Houlston and the purchase was made with a card ending in 8237. Despite these details and my attempts to reach support, I have not received any help or feedback so far. I kindly request that the payment for this Steam gift card be refunded to my original payment method, as I have not received the product due to the email error and the lack of support response from Eneba.
