Kiwi.com Won't Confirm My Emirates Flight or Refund My 2,250 AED

I booked an Emirates flight from Hyderabad to Dubai, scheduled for 31 July, through Kiwi.com on 19 June, with booking number 804 249 138. I made this booking from the UAE and paid a total of 2,250 AED. Despite the time that has passed since the purchase, I have still not received a proper ticket confirmation from Kiwi.com or a usable ticket that I can rely on. In my Kiwi.com account, the reservation is shown as being in a “partial confirmation” status. Because of this unclear situation, the system does not allow me to cancel the booking, and it states that a refund cannot be processed due to the partial confirmation. At the same time, I do not see any clear partial ticket confirmation or usable ticket details that would allow me to manage or use this booking, which is very confusing and leaves me completely uncertain about whether my flight is actually secured. For the last three days I have been contacting Kiwi.com customer service about this issue. However, I keep receiving the same generic response that they will send the ticket once it is confirmed and that, if I cannot wait, I may request a partial refund. There is no set timeframe for when the ticket confirmation will be available, and Kiwi.com informs me that this depends on the airline’s processing. Since there is no clear confirmation or reliable guarantee that my ticket will be issued in time, I do not feel safe relying on this booking for my travel plans. In this situation, I request a full refund of the 2,250 AED I paid for booking number 804 249 138, as Kiwi.com has not provided a proper ticket confirmation, has kept my booking in an unusable “partial confirmation” status, and has not given me a reliable guarantee that my flight ticket will be issued.
