On 29.06.2025, while participating in the Efootball fireworks event, I experienced significant unfairness during the player pack openings. I spent my in-game currency during this special event, and all visual indicators clearly suggested that I would receive an epic player. The entire stadium was glowing bright yellow, and fireworks exploded all around—signs that normally accompany an epic player reward. However, when the pack opened, I only received an ordinary player without a star rating.
This is not the first time such an issue has occurred. I invested my hard-earned in-game currency and expected a fair return, yet the system seems to purposely avoid giving epic players. It feels like the reward mechanics are misleading and inconsistent, creating a frustrating experience for loyal players like myself.
Financially, I feel cheated out of the game currency I spent with hope and excitement. Emotionally, this experience has diminished my trust in the game. I have been a long-time player, and I expect better treatment from a global brand like yours.
I explicitly request a fair review of this situation, the correction of the reward system during special events, and compensation for the misleading fireworks event experience.
