I Keep Losing Points in eFootball Online League Due to Constant Connection Drops

I’ve been playing eFootball in the online PVP league and I'm beyond frustrated with the constant connection issues. My user ID is ashx-094-041-827, and my Konami ID is selah34276. Every time I’m in the middle of a competitive match, my connection suddenly drops—through no fault of my own—and I’m automatically penalized. I lose valuable points and ranking progress repeatedly, even when my internet connection is stable outside the game.

This has become a recurring issue and it’s ruining the gaming experience. I’ve invested serious time and effort to climb the league, only to be punished because of poor server stability on Konami’s end. I demand that Konami review my account and restore the points I unfairly lost due to these disconnections.

As a paying and loyal player, I expect a functional and fair platform. The lack of support and transparency only adds to the frustration. Konami, fix your servers and take responsibility for the technical issues affecting your community. I want my ranking points returned and assurance that this won’t keep happening.
