eFootball Online Divisions Momentum Ruins Gameplay Experience

I am 27 years old, and I have played countless games throughout my life. However, I have never played another game where I have put in so much time and effort without feeling like I received anything in return compared with eFootball on PlayStation. I have spent more than $205 on the game, and even though my Collective Strength is 3305, I have become so frustrated with playing the game—especially Online Divisions—because of what I perceive as game intervention and excessive momentum.

In Online Divisions, after I win a few matches, the games start to feel completely controlled by the game itself. When the game seems to want me to win, I win; when it seems to decide that I should not win, nothing I do allows me to win. I have a 109-rated Maldini, one of the best center-backs in the game, yet I can barely defend against opposing forwards rated only 100–102. I have even reached the point where I struggle against teams that are significantly weaker than mine, and this has completely ruined my enjoyment of the game.

I request that the momentum system in Online Divisions, which I believe creates an unfair gameplay balance and discourages players from continuing to play, be urgently addressed and corrected. Alternatively, I am requesting a refund for the money I have spent on the game. I want my experience to be taken seriously and expect a concrete step to be taken to address this issue.
