eFootball Epic Players Perform Worse Than Free Players Despite Paid Purchases
I have been playing Konami’s eFootball for a long time, and over the past year I have felt seriously treated unfairly regarding the epic football players I purchased with real money. These paid epic players perform even worse than free players in the game, especially when it comes to speed and physical strength. They absolutely do not deliver the level of performance that players would reasonably expect.
Although these epic footballers appear powerful in promotional materials and card statistics, they become extremely ineffective during actual matches. Their shots feel weak, they get completely overpowered in physical duels, and they struggle even against opponents using free players. In my opinion, weakening players that users paid real money for in this way is neither fair nor honest.
My expectation from Konami is to ensure that the epic footballers they sell for money actually perform in-game with the same strength and abilities promised in their card attributes and promotional descriptions. If they are unable to provide the level of performance that was advertised, then I demand a full refund for all of the money I spent on these players.
