Efootball 2024 Charged My Card Without Permission – Unexpected Transactions

I received back-to-back bank notifications about transactions made from the same merchant, even though I wasn't using my phone at the time and didn’t make any purchases. After checking, I realized that the charge came from Google’s Efootball 2024 app, which I have never authorized or used for any transactions.

This is completely unacceptable! How can an app deduct money from my card without my knowledge or consent? I demand an immediate refund and a clear explanation of how this happened. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will report it to consumer protection authorities and take further action. Has anyone else experienced unauthorized charges from this app?
