I Face eDreams Charging Me For Premium Membership I Never Signed Up For
On September 17, while searching for flights from Riga to Helsinki through Skyscanner, we were redirected to the eDreams app to complete our booking. Although we never selected or agreed to any Premium membership, €99.99 was unauthorizedly charged to our account. This is a completely unfair, misleading, and unauthorized transaction.
We tried several times to cancel the membership but were unable to reach a customer representative under any circumstance. It was also impossible to remove our credit card from the system. When we noticed the charge on October 1, we immediately tried to call, but again, there was no way to contact anyone. This situation is clearly exploitative and erodes customer trust.
The transaction was made from Kaunas, Lithuania, using a credit card. My customer number is #23904934647. I urgently demand that this issue be resolved and that the unauthorized €99.99 charge be refunded immediately. Otherwise, I will take all necessary legal action to protect my rights.
