Due to my father's passing, I purchased a flight ticket for my cousin from Berlin Brandenburg to Izmir via the eDreams website for December 4, 2023. However, I realized that the ticket should have been for December 11, 2023. I attempted to contact eDreams but couldn't find any reachable phone number. I urgently request a response and feel utterly deceived. I informed IsBank about the situation. On the same day, I contacted SunExpress, explaining that the ticket purchased on December 5, 2023, needed to be changed to December 11, 2023. However, they stated that sharing agency information is not legal. I had to purchase a new ticket for December 11, 2023, by paying an additional fee. The next day, when I called SunExpress to confirm the ticket, they informed me that only the flight for December 11, 2023, was visible, and there was no record of any ticket for December 5, 2023. I am requesting a refund of the ₺5,649.67 that I paid.
