eDreams Won’t Answer Calls – I Need My Flight Refund via Insurance
I get really annoyed! I now wish to cancel my Istanbul-Sarajevo-Istanbul flight tickets bought from eDreams under policy number 1745280 and have insurance. Their customer service, meanwhile, is insufficient even for answering the phone!
The insurance policy claims that I am entitled to an 80% refund to my credit card, but I cannot get anyone to handle the cancellation. Attached are my tickets; eDreams should follow rules and reimburse my money. Ignoring clients and making difficult cancellals unacceptable!
eDreams, I need my return right now. Cancel right now using this process. I will act further should my reimbursement not arrive quickly.
