My eDreams Reservation Got Cancelled Without Notice
Dear eDreams Support Team,
I booked a hotel reservation (Booking reference number: 16808614***) for two people through eDreams. I am currently in Turkey, having traveled from the UK, and upon arrival, I was informed that my booking has been cancelled by the hotel. Could you please explain the reason for this cancellation?
This situation has left me stranded without accommodation. How am I supposed to proceed with my holiday plans? I intend to file a formal complaint against your company if this issue is not promptly resolved. I may also escalate this matter to the media if necessary.
I urgently await your response and a solution to this matter.
