Philips Avent Bottle Teat Widened and Ebebek Refused Return or Exchange



I bought a Philips Avent bottle from the ebebek store at 41 Burada Shopping Mall in Izmit for my newborn baby. In less than a month, the 02 teat of the bottle widened, causing our baby to frequently choke while feeding. At first, we were worried that our baby had a nasal congestion, but the next day, my wife noticed that the bottle teat had widened. When I went to the store, they told me they could not accept a return or exchange and said it was an issue with the brand. Ultimately, the store where I bought this brand's product should take full responsibility. After all, when you buy a product from a store, I leave it to your judgment whether it is reasonable to expect me to deal directly with the product's brand instead of the store itself. What if something had happened to my baby? Who would have taken responsibility for that? I cannot express the fear and anxiety we experienced. Due to our baby's jaundice, we have to bottle-feed by expressing milk, and now we can no longer feed our baby while lying down but only while standing. I strongly advise you to consider these experiences before shopping from this company. Additionally, a room humidifier I purchased from their website three weeks ago also broke down just one day after purchase. It stopped producing steam. We are being mistreated despite spending our hard-earned money.
The company didn't even bother to call back to apologize. Just so you know, this company is so indifferent.
