I Bought a Stroller From ebebek and the Canopy Keeps Falling Down

I purchased a stroller from the Ebebek store at İzmir Egepark, and the canopy of the stroller keeps falling down while my baby is lying in it. Logically, this canopy is supposed to protect from the sun and rain, but we’re unable to use it for that purpose. We went to the Ebebek store about this issue two months ago. Despite the product being under warranty, we were told that it couldn’t be exchanged for some reason. They sent it to the service center for repair. It came back unrepaired. We sent it again — still not fixed. Today, they told us it had arrived for the third time. We went to check, and yet again, it hadn’t been repaired. This time, the connection parts of the canopy were replaced, and some scratches were “fixed.” But the canopy is made of fabric — how can a fabric be scratched? This is clearly an insult to our intelligence. To make things worse, a staff member named N***, who is apparently the manager, spoke to us in a sarcastic and mocking tone. My child is now 9 months old. We switched to the larger stroller when he was 6 months. He hasn’t been able to use the stroller for 2.5 months. We’ve had to carry him in our arms through rain and mud. I may not say “Ebebek” ever again. I’ve spent around ₺100,000 at this store in the past 1.5 years. Instead of simply replacing a canopy that might cost just ₺500, I’ve been called to the store four separate times. I live in a district outside İzmir, and the travel alone has cost me as much as the stroller itself. This level of disgrace, this mockery of customers at a store that sells essential products for our most precious ones — our children — is simply unacceptable. I will be filing complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and every other relevant authority. If necessary, I will take legal action, even if it means burning down the house to get rid of the flea. I demand that my grievance be addressed and, at the very least, that I receive an apology.
