In 2024, I purchased a Deerma F628S Ultraviolet humidifier from Ebebek, and the product broke down within just three days. When I went to the store, they said they would repair it, but I stated that a defective product cannot be repaired and requested either a new one or an exchange with another brand. However, they said this was not possible under their sales policy and refused to help. I then applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and the case was ruled in my favor. After that, I was given a gift coupon code, but on 31.08.2025, I was unable to use it in the store. I called customer service multiple times but could not reach anyone authorized and was constantly stalled with promises of “today or tomorrow.” No solution was offered, and I was completely dissatisfied with both the store and customer service. Despite paying ₺2,199, both my time and money were wasted. After all these experiences, my trust in the Ebebek brand has been completely shattered. I will never shop there again and will not recommend it to others. Due to the extent of the grievance I have suffered, I demand a refund well beyond the amount I paid.
