Regarding my online order No: 5829667348, I used my gift card (Code: GC0003ACRK517F572) since I was unable to redeem it in physical stores. I placed my order on September 5, and although the products were in stock, the shipping company mistakenly returned them. After contacting your customer service, I requested the shipment to be canceled. However, without any notification, the package was resent to me and left at my door while I was not home. When I opened the package, I noticed liquid leakage from two products: Likit Emzik Biberon Cleaner (4x500 ml) Sensitive Natural Soap-Based Liquid Laundry Detergent (1500 ml) I was charged a total of ₺1,553.91 for this order. I have contacted your customer service at least five times, and every time I only received the response: “We have forwarded your request.” Additionally, the shipment still appears as “in transit” on your website, so I have not been able to generate a return code. On September 19, one of your staff members informed me that the existing request would be closed and advised me to submit a new one the following Monday, but also told me not to send the products yet. As I cannot go out easily with my baby, I have been unable to deliver the damaged package to the courier. Despite the issue being entirely caused by your company, no resolution has been provided. I have not been contacted again since September 19, and I still have no return code. This experience and the attitude of your staff have left me extremely frustrated. The package is still at my home, payment has been taken, and my inconvenience continues. I kindly request an immediate refund for the damaged and incomplete items.
