ebebek Did Not Refund My Payment for the Returned Baby Crib
On August 30, 2025, I purchased a Rabi Beyza Country expandable crib from the ebebek online store with order number 5830591779. The product was delivered via Horoz Logistics on September 5, 2025, but 6 parts were missing from the package. Therefore, I submitted a return request on September 16, 2025, and the product was picked up from my home the same day. It was delivered to Rabi Furniture’s Kocaeli-Gebze address on September 30, 2025. Despite the completion of the return process and my repeated calls to ebebek customer service, I have not received any explanation or a refund of my ₺9,591.15 credit card payment. Although Article 5.5.1 of the distance sales agreement states that “in cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund shall be made within 14 days,” this period has long passed. As my baby’s due date is approaching, I urgently need to purchase a new crib, but I am experiencing hardship because my refund has not been issued. I believe my consumer rights have been violated, and I request that my payment be refunded immediately and my grievance resolved.
The refund amount was deposited to me 27 days after my return.
