My DHL Package Stuck in Customs Limbo
About a month ago, my package with tracking number CY 5852***94 6DE, which was supposed to be delivered by PTT, was directed to customs due to cosmetic products inside. Customs officials informed me that if I didn't claim any items, they would return the package to the sender. However, when I checked the system, I saw the package was listed as 'held' (mevkuf). When I contacted PTT, they told me that the sender had marked the package as 'do not return to sender country' when handing it over to DHL, and that we needed to contact DHL to remove this restriction. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with DHL, they insist no such restriction exists and that PTT is responsible for continuing the process. As a result, my problem remains unresolved. Each company I contact denies responsibility and redirects me to the other. I'm requesting that you facilitate the necessary communication to resolve this issue. Otherwise, we'll suffer significant losses due to our trust in your brand.
