I canceled an order on eBay, for which I had paid both the product price and shipping fee. While the product amount was refunded, the shipping fee was not included in the refund. I was unaware of this unreasonable practice by eBay, and I now face a financial loss of 1900₺.
This situation is unacceptable, and if my loss is not fully compensated, I am prepared to escalate this matter legally. Customers should not have to deal with incomplete refunds after canceling an order.
eBay, I demand that the shipping fee be refunded immediately to resolve this issue. Failing to do so will only damage your reputation and customer trust further. Please act promptly to fix this!
