eBay Account Deletion Error

Every time something goes wrong on eBay, I lose it. My orders are still unfulfilled, and they insist on billing me extortionate fees. This level of secrecy and unfulfilled orders is intolerable.

There's a point where I'd like to just quit using eBay altogether. But first, I need my present order canceled immediately and my money refunded in full.

I anticipate receiving clear instructions on how to cancel my order and assurance that my refund will be completed quickly. We much appreciate your help in finding a solution to this annoying problem.
