eBay Order Incomplete – Only 1 Item Received Instead of 4-Pack
I purchased a product described as a “4-pack of men’s underwear (boxers)” from eBay (Order No.: #19-13714-97631). Although the product listing clearly stated “4-pack”, I only received one piece instead of four. The order was delivered to my address in Pendik, Istanbul, and I paid approximately $19 via cash on delivery.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted both the seller and eBay Customer Service by email, but I have not received any response yet. I have never experienced a problem like this before.
My expectation is that the missing three underwear items will be sent to me promptly. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
