DHL Shipment Stuck in Customs – Unable to Track eBay Car Part Purchase

I ordered a car part from eBay, and it was shipped through DHL. The package has arrived at customs, but no further action has been taken. I’ve contacted DHL, but their customer service insists on a 10-digit tracking number. Since the item was shipped from the US, it has a different tracking number, which they claim they can’t track. This is incredibly frustrating as I can’t get any updates on my shipment, and I’m left in the dark about its status. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible so my order can clear customs and be delivered. Please address this problem and help me get my package!
