I ordered a car part from eBay, and it was shipped through DHL. The package has arrived at customs, but no further action has been taken. I’ve contacted DHL, but their customer service insists on a 10-digit tracking number. Since the item was shipped from the US, it has a different tracking number, which they claim they can’t track.
