My name is Ş**** Cebelie, and through Enuygun.com I booked flight PNR: K9R37FN with EasyJet, but I was severely mistreated and left stranded. The airline first delayed the flight by one hour, citing a technical issue, and then announced that instead of landing in Basel, Switzerland, the aircraft would be diverted to Lyon, France, where passengers would be transported to Basel on a six-hour bus ride. This was absolutely unacceptable, and due to the unreliability and unprofessionalism of the airline, I and 11 other passengers had no choice but to leave the flight and make our own arrangements. What made the situation worse was the disrespectful and dismissive behavior of EasyJet staff, who spoke down to us and deliberately made the process more difficult. After separating from the flight, it took two hours before we were finally free from the chaos they created. The most heartbreaking part was witnessing how a mother traveling alone with her child was treated: she spent two hours with a 20 kg child asleep in her arms, carrying a bag on her back, crying and begging for help, yet EasyJet did not even provide her with a wheelchair. This level of negligence and lack of humanity is unacceptable for any airline. From what I have learned, EasyJet has a pattern of such behavior, showing no respect for its customers. I fully intend to take legal action against the airline for the distress and damages caused, and I expect immediate accountability and proper compensation for this incident.
