EA Sports Removed My Coins From My Fifa 2026

I play FIFA 26 Ultimate Team on PlayStation with the PSN ID “Ginali2014”. On 09.03.2026 I noticed that 140,000 coins were missing from my Ultimate Team account. I did not make any coin purchases from outside the game or from any third‑party site; I only earned my coins through gameplay and trading on the transfer market. I contacted EA Sports support about this issue. They replied that, after checking my account, they concluded I had bought coins from outside the game. This is not true, and I strongly reject this accusation because I have never engaged in any coin‑buying activity. All of my progress and coins are the result of normal play and transfer market activity within the game. I request that my account be re‑examined carefully, that this incorrect conclusion about buying coins from outside the game be removed, and that the 140,000 coins that were taken from my account on 09.03.2026 be refunded to me. I want my account to be restored to its previous state and for my fair gameplay not to be punished due to an error in the system.
