FIFA 26 Transfer Market Ban Without Proof Coin Transfer Issue
While playing FIFA 26 on PlayStation 5, I received a permanent transfer market ban on my account for “coin distribution between accounts.” This action was communicated to me via email on April 10, 2026, at 05:41 AM. However, I have never engaged in any coin transfer activity. I was simply using the in-game market as intended—buying players at lower prices and selling them at higher prices by following market trends.
As someone who only finds limited time to play due to work and daily responsibilities, being penalized like this without any concrete evidence or clear explanation is extremely frustrating. If I had actually been transferring coins, my club’s progress and overall account development would not be this limited and gradually built over time.
I specifically requested to see which of my transactions were flagged as “coin transfer.” I contacted EA Support and submitted an appeal via email, explaining that all my activities should be visible in their system and that I was only engaging in legitimate trading. Despite this, my appeal was rejected without any detailed explanation, and I was informed that the ban would remain in place.
In a game that I paid for, I have now lost access to one of its core features—the transfer market—due to what I believe is an unfair penalty. I request a full and fair review of my account activity, a clear written explanation detailing which specific transactions were classified as coin transfer, and the removal of my permanent transfer market ban.
