EA Sports FC 26 Transfer Market Ban Applied Wrongfully for Coin Transfer

In EA Sports FC 26, which I play on the PC platform, I received a permanent transfer market ban because EA claimed that I was involved in transferring coins between accounts. This sanction was communicated to me by email on 05/24/2026 at 09:03 in the morning.
However, I was only using the in-game transfer market normally by following the market trends and trading items. Especially during the mornings, I would buy items below market value and later resell them as part of ordinary in-game trading activity. I never performed any coin transfer transactions between accounts.
Because of my work schedule, I mostly used EA’s official mobile application, EA FC Companion, to follow the market and make simple buy-and-sell trades intelligently. I was simply trying to earn coins through legal market trading within the game mechanics. Despite this, I was punished without being shown any concrete evidence or detailed explanation regarding which transactions were supposedly considered coin transfers.
If I had actually transferred coins between accounts, the condition and progress of my club would not be so limited and built entirely through gradual effort. I specifically want to see which exact transactions on my account were interpreted as account-to-account coin transfers.
I contacted EA Support and submitted an appeal by email. In my appeal, I clearly explained that all of my transactions should already be visible in the system, that my monthly trading history could easily be reviewed manually, and that I only earned coins by monitoring the market and buying and selling items normally. I also emphasized that I never used third-party applications and that there was not even a single suspicious transaction remotely resembling coin transfer activity.
Despite all of this, my appeal with reference number 247414268 was rejected without any concrete explanation, and I was only sent what appeared to be an automated response stating that the ban would remain in place.
In a game that I legally purchased with my own money, I have now lost access to the transfer market, which is one of the most important features of the game, because of what I strongly believe is an unfair punishment.
I request that my entire account transaction history be reviewed carefully, fairly, and in detail. I also request a clear explanation specifying exactly which transactions were interpreted as account-to-account coin transfers, listed item by item, and that my permanent transfer market ban be removed immediately.
