I purchased Battlefield 1, but the game has not appeared in my account. Despite providing proof of purchase, including the receipt, EA Games continues to request that I repurchase the game, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve checked my account thoroughly, but Battlefield 1 is still missing.
I either need the game added to my account immediately or a full refund for my purchase. This lack of support for a straightforward issue is frustrating.
