EA Account Hacked, Email Changed, Cannot Access Linked Games

My EA account was hacked, and the email associated with it has been changed, leaving me unable to access my linked games on Steam. This isn’t an EA Sports account—it's a regular EA account. I found out it was stolen on July 16th, but I only just discovered the issue when I tried to log in to play Battlefield 1. I’ve been trying to regain access for days but haven’t succeeded.
