Hey there! So, I actually signed up for an annual subscription to EA Play on September 5, 2023. But here's the thing - I've been having some trouble accessing it. No matter when I try, it just won't let me in. Any ideas why that might be happening? So, they actually took the money from my card, but their website says the transaction was declined. I've tried reaching out to them through email and other channels, but it seems like my efforts won't be successful. I'm really stressed out right now because there aren't any customer service reps available to help me with this problem.
