Unsolved Dyson Operation

I bought my Airwrap Strawberry Bronze product on November 27, 2024. Due to a problem with the title, I took the product at the beginning of April and made a request. They were going to replace the product, but they said wait for stock, it has not been in stock for months. Lastly, along with other malfunctions, I took the entire product to the technical service on June 14, 2025 and requested a replacement. Now they call me and say that we can replace the product, but only in blue color, as if they are making fun of me. If I want my own color, I will have to wait 6 months or 1 year. Are you making fun of us? Who are you forcing to do what? It is my right as a consumer, if there is any malfunction in the product within 6 months, you have to replace it with either the same or a higher model. However, they say that they do not have such a procedure. Dyson is never a brand that approaches solutions, it is regret! I declare that I will use my legal rights. Instead of responding to this complaint with an automatic message, Dyson should SOLVE the situation and not victimize its customers!

After my Dyson Airwrap device malfunctioned, I received approval for a replacement and I have been waiting for my new device to be sent since April 2025. Although the product I bought from the Dyson Kentpark store is under warranty, I am not at all satisfied with the after-sales service. I have submitted my complaint before, I was called, but no solution was offered in any way. During this process, I spoke with customer service at least 5-6 times and each time I was given different, contradictory information. Today, when I called again, I was told that there was no record regarding the replacement.

I now request that my grievance be resolved and that my new device be sent to me urgently.
