I immediately contacted Dyson customer service, yet since then I have only been told to “wait,” with no concrete solution or timeline provided. My order number is 7000365429. While no fee has been requested for the broken part, I was informed that it is out of stock, which has left me unable to use my vacuum properly for over two months. It is unacceptable that such an expensive product cannot be supported with a basic replacement part. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I expected a premium service experience from Dyson. I demand that the Motorbar cleaning head be provided to me as soon as possible and that my issue be treated as a priority. Dyson must ensure spare part availability to prevent further customer dissatisfaction.
