Is Dyson Customer Service Lacking? Missing Gen5 Detect Attachment
I got my Dyson Gen5 Detect vacuum cleaner, but unfortunately, the furniture attachment was not included in the box. We didn't realize it was supposed to come with another package, so we've been using the vacuum without it for almost 6 months. It's a real pain to clean under furniture without it. Even though we've asked, Dyson still hasn't made this attachment available for individual purchase. We need help right away to fix this problem.
