I Face Loud Noise and Dent Issues with My Dyson V15 Vacuum After Second Use

I recently purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum, and I’m already regretting it. On just the second use, the carpet head started making an extremely loud noise—something like a power drill or electric screwdriver. It's so disruptive that it’s impossible to continue using the device indoors without disturbing everyone in the house. This is definitely not what I expected from a premium vacuum brand.
To make matters worse, I also noticed a dent on the shiny exterior part of the dust bin—something I didn’t see when I first opened the box. It looks like it was damaged before it even got to me. I’ve treated the vacuum with care from the start, so there's no way this happened during my use.
I paid a significant amount (₺) expecting flawless performance and pristine condition, but instead I’m stuck with a noisy and visibly flawed unit. Dyson, I need a prompt response. Either replace the defective parts or issue a full exchange. I expect your support team to take immediate action to fix this and prevent further disappointment.
