I’ve been using my Dyson V15 vacuum with great care, but I’m experiencing multiple issues that I didn’t expect from a high-end product. First, the vacuum started shutting off randomly during use. Then, the wheel on the cleaning head suddenly broke while vacuuming, and now the head makes constant clicking noises. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality; I never thought a Dyson would perform this poorly. It feels like my money has gone to waste, and I’m very upset about this experience.
