Dyson V12 Constantly Shows Filter Warning and Dust Bin Lid Does Not Close Properly

I purchased a Dyson V12 cordless vacuum on November 8, 2024, directly from Dyson’s official website, and have been using it in Kayapınar, Diyarbakır for less than a year. However, I am already experiencing recurring issues. Every time I use the vacuum, it displays a filter cleaning warning. I follow the instructions carefully—washing the filter and letting it dry completely for about a day and a half—yet the warning reappears immediately upon the next use. In addition, the dust bin lid does not close tightly. At first, I assumed this was normal, but after comparing with the same model owned by friends, I realized that their lids close much more securely. So far, I have not attempted any repairs, nor have I incurred additional costs, and I have not yet contacted customer service. Since the product is still under warranty, I am requesting that Dyson address these issues promptly and provide clear guidance or a proper repair.
