I purchased a Dyson V11 Detect cordless vacuum about five months ago, and while cleaning, the seals in the dustbin came loose. I tried to reattach them, checked images and guides, but no matter what I do, they won’t fit back into place.
While attempting to fix it, the small circular part above the red rubber piece broke, making the situation even worse. Now, I can’t use my vacuum properly, and I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue.
Dyson, I expect immediate support—either guide me through a proper fix or provide a replacement for the damaged part. A premium vacuum should not have parts coming loose this easily! Please respond and resolve this as soon as possible.
